About the role

Participate in software design, development, and implementation of Adobe AEM (Provide advanced-level technical design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation skills)
Ensure the software developed adheres to best practices and quality standards through code and design reviews
Assess remaining work effort for time to complete estimates
Interface with the client in support of integration design
Interface with engagement and project managers to ensure proper adherence to SDLC and to conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning
Define implementation processes, quality gates, and standards for design and development
Provide motivation and guidance to the development team during the systems development life cycle
Diagnose and solve technical problems encountered during the development
Support the team when it comes to technical decisions and mentoring.

Strong knowledge of Java and analyzing, designing, and implementing features in AEM 6.5
Experience working with AEM As A cloud Service
Basic knowledge of JavaScript (especially React, Vue) would be beneficial
Experience in active participation in Agile Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Status Meeting, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospection)
Knowledge of AEM Setup/Configuration, Capacity Planning, caching, and performance optimization
Strong capabilities in diagnosing and solving technical problems during the development
Good Knowledge in maintaining client libraries and the introduction and usage of next-gen frontend frameworks
Strong knowledge of AEM Sites and AEM Assets
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM)
Very experienced in integration approaches of 3rd party systems
Upper-Intermediate English level
