Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand marketing, sales, and customer service processes and translate them into HubSpot solutions.
Configure, customize, and optimize HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
Design and implement workflows, automation, lead scoring, and reporting dashboards.
Develop custom HubSpot modules, templates, and integrations with third-party applications (via APIs, webhooks, or middleware).
Ensure data quality, integrity, and proper synchronization between HubSpot and other business systems.
Support end users through training, documentation, and troubleshooting.
Conduct audits of existing HubSpot setups and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
Stay up to date with HubSpot platform releases and industry best practices.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing customizations and extensions for the HubSpot CRM
Proven background as a Hubspot/Salesforce engineer managing E2E Marketing (Hubspot) and Sales (Salesforce) journeys including integration with social media applications and websites.
Hands-on experience with Hubspot/Salesforce with a track record of leading and delivering declarative solutions.
Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript and libraries (e.g., React.js)
Salesforce Development experience is a plus.
Experience in deployment experience via VS code and version control systems such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN
Excellent conceptual and analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset with a desire to collaborate with diverse teams, stakeholders and share knowledge.
Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations in platform architecture, which needs to support large data volume limitations and follow best practices.
