About the role
- Drive the expansion strategy in Northern or Eastern Germany
- Negotiate and manage new and existing lease agreements
- Identify and acquire potential and existing rental properties
- Review incoming lease offers
- Negotiate new lease agreements through to finalization and renegotiate existing contracts
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analyses
- Work closely with prospective franchisees, landlords and partners
- Contribute to expansion projects and represent the company at industry events
- Build long-term relationships with landlords and key partners
Requirements

- Enjoy working in the food business and helping to shape change
- Passion for your role and the ability to think beyond the obvious
- Understanding of the concepts and using this knowledge for site selection
- Successful completion of a degree or vocational training in real estate
- Several years of experience in site acquisition or in real estate/expansion
- Willingness to travel frequently
