About the role
- You are responsible for the conceptual planning of creative content and its implementation.
- You independently manage our social media accounts, including community management and engagement with our target audience.
- You develop content from the initial idea through to publication and strategically use modern formats.
- You shoot videos, edit them independently, and optimize them for the appropriate platforms.
- You monitor trends and new opportunities in the social media landscape and adapt them for our channels.
- You plan and organize campaign shoots from briefing to the final deliverables, either independently or in collaboration with internal teams or external service providers.
- You independently analyze results and manage relevant KPIs to continuously develop the content.
Requirements
- You have completed a degree or vocational training in online marketing, social media, or media and communication studies.
- You have initial hands-on experience with social platforms such as Instagram or TikTok and have already produced your own content there.
- You have a strong affinity for social media and work hands-on in creating photo, video, and written content.
- Ideally, your profile is complemented by experience collaborating with agencies, photographers, or external service providers.
