About the role
- Assist in leading the restaurant's day-to-day operations

Requirements
- You have several years of experience in the hospitality or hotel industry
- Good German language skills — at least C1 level
- Experience leading teams
- You are a motivator and a reliable point of contact for the team
- An eye for identifying talent
