About the role
- You independently manage your restaurant — from day-to-day operations to strategic planning
- You are both a host and a leader: present on the floor, approachable for your team and right in the middle of the action
- You develop your team through regular feedback, training, team meetings and by recognising individual strengths
- You create staff rotas, manage inventory and keep a close eye on key metrics and the budget
- You ensure smooth operations and help out when needed — whether at the fryer, receiving deliveries or in guest-facing moments
- You recruit new team members and ensure a respectful, motivating onboarding process
- You ensure compliance with our quality, hygiene and service standards — with great attention to detail and clear procedures
Requirements
- You have at least three years’ experience in the hospitality or hotel industry — preferably already in a leadership role, e.g. as a team leader or assistant manager
- You are a true role model: reliable, empathetic, fair and team-oriented
- You know how to lead, motivate and keep a team moving — even when it gets busy
- You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) so you can communicate confidently with guests, the team and partners
- You enjoy organising — and keep a cool head when it comes to rotas, budgeting and process optimisation
