About the role

  • You manage your restaurant independently – from day-to-day operations to strategic planning
  • You are both host and leader: present in the venue, approachable for your team and right in the middle of the action
  • You help your team grow – with regular feedback, trainings, team meetings and a good eye for individual strengths
  • You create staff schedules, oversee inventory management and keep an eye on key metrics and the budget
  • You ensure smooth operations and pitch in yourself – whether at the fryer, receiving deliveries or interacting with guests
  • You recruit new team members and ensure a respectful, motivating onboarding process
  • You ensure compliance with our quality, hygiene and service standards – with great attention to detail and clear procedures

Requirements

  • You have at least three years of experience in gastronomy or hospitality – preferably already in a leadership role, e.g. as a team leader or assistant manager
  • You are a true role model: reliable, empathetic, fair and team-oriented
  • You know how to lead, motivate and keep a team moving – even when things get hectic
  • You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) so you can communicate confidently with guests, the team and partners
  • You enjoy organization – and keep a cool head when it comes to scheduling, budgeting and process optimizations
