About the role

  • Operational implementation of the BackWerk, Backfactory and Ditsch brands
  • Provide professional support to our partners; develop operational measures and implement them purposefully
  • Conduct store checks professionally and proactively and take responsibility for documenting the processes
  • Provide targeted coaching to our partners and their employees to foster positive store development in your assigned region
  • Train partners on product preparation
  • Participate in the selection, hiring and dismissal of agency partners
  • Organize smooth handovers of stores to franchise or agency partners
  • Report malfunctions and coordinate and decide on emergency repairs

Requirements

  • High willingness to travel
  • Ideally located in the Cologne – Koblenz – Mainz area
  • Completed vocational training in system catering, grocery retail (LEH) or the food trades, or a comparable degree
  • Initial experience in field sales, ideally in the food or hospitality sector
