About the role
- You take technical leadership for our central IT core platforms and actively shape their strategic development
- You are responsible for the secure, stable, and high-performance operation of our core platforms and continuously optimize them for scalability, security, and user experience
- In close collaboration with IT Security and business units, you define standards, policies, and processes that ensure a future-proof, compliant, and harmonized IT environment
- You lead a team of platform owners, foster their development, and promote knowledge sharing and a collaborative culture
- You manage projects to introduce new technologies, platforms, and services and ensure their successful delivery—from planning to rollout
- With a clear eye for innovation, you identify trends and opportunities and translate them into concrete actions.
