About the role

  • As a Field Partner Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the operational implementation of the BackWerk, Backfactory and Ditsch brands
  • Drawing on your experience and enthusiasm for the food market, you provide professional support to our partners, develop operational measures and implement them in a targeted manner
  • You drive our store checks competently and proactively and take responsibility for documenting the processes
  • Through targeted coaching of our partners and their employees, you ensure positive development of the stores in your assignment region
  • Your enthusiasm for our products makes it easy for you to train our partners on product preparation
  • You actively participate in the selection, hiring and dismissal of agency partners
  • Thanks to your organizational skills, you ensure a smooth handover of stores to our franchise or agency partners
  • In case of disruptions, you report them and take over coordination as well as decisions regarding emergency repairs

  • You have completed vocational training in system catering, grocery retail (LEH) or the food trades, or you hold a comparable university degree
  • You also have solid experience in the food or gastronomy sector and ideally first experience in field sales
