About the role
- As a Field Partner Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the operational implementation of the BackWerk, Backfactory and Ditsch brands
- Drawing on your experience and enthusiasm for the food market, you provide professional support to our partners, develop operational measures and implement them in a targeted manner
- You drive our store checks competently and proactively and take responsibility for documenting the processes
- Through targeted coaching of our partners and their employees, you ensure positive development of the stores in your assignment region
- Your enthusiasm for our products makes it easy for you to train our partners on product preparation
- You actively participate in the selection, hiring and dismissal of agency partners
- Thanks to your organizational skills, you ensure a smooth handover of stores to our franchise or agency partners
- In case of disruptions, you report them and take over coordination as well as decisions regarding emergency repairs

- You are willing to travel extensively within the Heilbronn–Pforzheim–Würzburg–Ulm area and ideally live in the Stuttgart region
- You have completed vocational training in system catering, grocery retail (LEH) or the food trades, or you hold a comparable university degree
- You also have solid experience in the food or gastronomy sector and ideally first experience in field sales
