About the role
- You run your restaurant independently — from daily operations to strategic planning
- You are both host and leader: present in the restaurant, accessible to your team, and in the middle of the action
- You develop your team — providing regular feedback, training, team meetings, and a keen eye for individual strengths
- You create staff schedules, manage inventory and procurement, and keep an eye on key performance indicators and the budget
- You ensure smooth operations and pitch in when needed — whether at the fryer, receiving deliveries, or interacting with guests
- You hire new team members and ensure a respectful, motivating onboarding process
- You ensure compliance with our quality, hygiene, and service standards — with great attention to detail and clear procedures
Requirements
- You have at least three years of experience in gastronomy or hospitality — preferably already in a leadership role, e.g., as a team leader or assistant manager
- You are a role model: reliable, empathetic, fair, and team-oriented
- You know how to lead, motivate, and keep a team moving — even when things get busy
- You speak fluent German (at least C1 level) so you can communicate confidently with guests, team members, and partners
- You enjoy organizing — and keep a cool head when dealing with staff schedules, budget questions, and process optimizations
