About the role
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients across targeted industries and regions.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network (industry events, online outreach, personal connections).
- Lead initial client communication, qualify leads, and support presales together with technical teams.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Align sales efforts with marketing and delivery teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify strategic opportunities.
- Drive outbound sales initiatives via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and conferences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within software development, especially outsourcing or outstaffing models.
- Ability to improve and manage the sales cycle for custom software development.
- Familiarity with domain areas such as micro frontends, eCommerce, EdTech, TravelTech, B2B SaaS, etc.
- Experience working with Tier 1 markets (USA, Canada, UK).
- Strong outbound skills and tools (LinkedIn, events, email outreach).
- Experience in presales, including discovery phase, technical assessments, and participation in RFPs or Statements of Work (SoWs).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Fluent English.
