About the role
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients across targeted industries and regions
- Build and maintain a strong professional network (industry events, online outreach, personal connections)
- Lead initial client communication, qualify leads, and support presales together with technical teams
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth
- Align sales efforts with marketing and delivery teams
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify strategic opportunities
- Drive outbound sales initiatives via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and conferences
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales within software development, especially outsourcing or outstaffing models
- Ability to improve and manage the sales cycle for custom software development
- Familiarity with domain areas such as micro frontends, eCommerce, EdTech, TravelTech, B2B SaaS, etc.
- Experience working with Tier 1 markets (USA, Canada, UK, Germany)
- Strong outbound skills and tools (LinkedIn, events, email outreach)
- Experience in presales, including discovery phase, technical assessments, and participation in RFPs or Statements of Work (SoWs)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Fluent English and German
