About the role
- Lead end-to-end design for a core mortgage servicing product area, from early discovery through launch and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver user-centered solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Simplify complex workflows and translate regulatory and operational requirements into intuitive, elegant experiences for homeowners and servicing professionals.
- Contribute to product strategy by bringing a deep understanding of user needs, informed by both qualitative and quantitative research.
- Provide feedback to other designers and cross-functional partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuously raising the bar for product quality and craft.
Requirements
- 2+ years of product design experience, preferably in consumer design and operational environments.
- A portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals, systems thinking, and a user-centered approach to solving complex problems.
- Track record of shipping and iterating on end-to-end product experiences, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence, bringing clarity and structure to evolving product spaces.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
