Partner closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Analyze, document, and validate business requirements for two strategic projects
Develop and manage project plans covering requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and migration activities
Coordinate implementation and/or migration plans across multiple functional teams
Track and manage project deliverables, agree on timelines, and provide regular progress updates to senior management
Identify project risks and issues, drive resolution, and ensure timely closure
Support finance process re-engineering initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline
3–5 years of experience working in Finance or Finance-related roles
Proven experience with ERP and consolidation tool implementations, preferably within a Finance environment
Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
Solid knowledge of SOX-related processes, controls, and underlying IT General Controls (ITGCs)
Hands-on experience with finance digital tools and technologies, including ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365) and consolidation software
Proficiency in business analysis methodologies such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and solution design
Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM), business intelligence platforms, and emerging finance technologies
