About the role
- Support the commissioning planning and preparations at the office
- Do commissioning works on Valmet installation sites around the world
- Ensure commissioning works are done according to Valmet plans and instructions
- Plan start-ups in co-operation with customer
- Start up equipment and processes
- Prepare presentation and training material
- Conduct process/equipment testing
- Provide customer support in co-operation agreements
- Report on status and progress
- Oversee necessary documentation
Requirements
- Degree in a suitable technical field
- Working experience in pulp mills or power generation operations
- Hands-on experience in commissioning works of similar equipment
- Knowledge of automation or control systems
- Fluent English skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy problem solving and troubleshooting
- Systematic ways of working and keeping paperwork in order
- Interest to work on assignments globally
- Flexibility to changing conditions
