About the role

  • Manages engineering applications
  • Provides support and guidance to end users
  • Creates and manages applications installations packages
  • Installs and manages applications' licenses
  • Provides support and guidance to the 3rd Party Service Providers in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities in the processes
  • Supporting project planning, design delivery and implementation in your area of responsibility

Requirements

  • Technical degree; B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field equal
  • Strong IT background with 10+ years of work experience in IT support, project- or service management
  • Extensive knowledge of operating systems i.e. Windows and related technologies.
  • Experience with large company IT infrastructure
  • Genuine interest in following engineering industry trends and related IT Technologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and deliver results
  • Fluent written and spoken English is a must in Valmet international working environment.
