About the role
- Support the global customer service areas to supply the most suitable technical spare part solution for the customer needs in timely manner
- Navigate through engineering tools to identify the needed spare parts
- Create new parts and explore alternative solutions to meet customer needs
- Work closely with frontline global customer service teams and other functions (Engineering, Product teams and Global Supply)
- Prepare and deliver spare part recommendations to support product lifecycle needs to customers´ installations and digital tool platforms/systems
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, systems and processes
Requirements
- B.Sc. in relevant technology (mechanical engineering, process engineering or environmental engineering)
- Basic knowledge of pulp industry process equipment’s, especially energy and chemical recovery, causticizing and cooking technologies
- Aftermarket experience is an advantage
- Solid understanding of technical drawings and documents
- Utilizing Solidworks or other engineering tool is an advantage
- Analyzing skills and ability to handle larger entities
- Good skills in problem solving, communication and decision-making
- Good social skills and ability to work in a global organization
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are an advantage
- IT skills: MS Office & Outlook, LN and design programs are an advantage
