About the role
- Execute strategies to drive field service growth and enhance customer experience
- Drive business development opportunities within field services such as spare parts’ spin-off sales, lead generation from FSE report and maintenance plan tasks
- Identify and implement process improvements to maximize field technician productivity and service efficiency, e.g., by utilizing AI capabilities and developing training programs
- Lead and participate in initiatives to adopt digital tools (e.g., remote diagnostics, @Field, SER Vault).
- Identify locally implemented good practices and process/system capabilities and implement them globally
- Develop field service specialists’ role further, to enable balance between high season and low season works
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, business administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of field service management or development experience in industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or a related sector.
- Familiarity with field service management tools, CRM systems, and remote diagnostics technologies.
- Proven track record of improving service operations and driving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English is a must!
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Additional skills: Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement certification.
- Experience with IoT-enabled service solutions for industrial machinery.
