Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering related science required with a Master’s degree preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with demonstrated success in a multi-cultural, international environment
- Good understanding and experience of board- / papermaking processes
- Previous experience of Board/Paper Machines technologies is considered an advantage
- Proven business-minded approach and understanding of value chains together with strong project management skills
- Innovative mindset for solving challenges and creating new technologies
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English along with presentation and negotiation skills
