About the role

  • Lead the development of ESG data processes, tools and long-term capabilities.
  • Combine and model data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights.
  • Build clear, visual dashboards and reports to support sustainability-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business areas to interpret data and improve data quality and usability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sustainability data management and analytics practices.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as data analytics, engineering, sustainability or environmental sciences
  • 4–7 years of experience working with data analytics, data engineering or similar roles with complex datasets
  • Strong skills in data modelling, combining datasets and creating usable data structures
  • Proven experience creating dashboards and analytics tools, preferably with Power BI and Excel
  • Skills in LN, SQL and Microsoft Fabric are considered an advantage
  • Solid understanding of sustainability metrics and ESG reporting frameworks.
