About the role
- Lead process engineering for boiler rebuilds and conversions in delivery projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure technical excellence
- Support sales projects by defining technical concepts and preparing specifications
- Provide theoretical training for the customers and assist commissioning during project completion
- Drive innovation by developing new solutions and processes that meet evolving environmental standards
Requirements
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in thermal, energy, environmental, chemical, or process engineering
- experience in boiler processes and similar industry roles
- fluently communicate in English and Finnish
- willingness to travel globally for 20–40 days per year
