About the role
- support project teams
- learn how global delivery projects are managed
- managing and coordinating subcontracting agreements
- ensuring contracts are up to date and shared with the right stakeholders
- assist in pricing processes by preparing and checking cost estimates
- help finalize documentation and exit notes
Requirements
- university or university of applied sciences student in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, process or energy technology, chemical engineering, production economics, or industrial management
- Students from business, logistics, or IT backgrounds are also welcome
- Excellent MS Office skills are essential
- familiarity with IT systems (M-Files is a plus)
- Experience with AI tools is considered an advantage
- organized, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team
- Good communication skills and fluency in English are required.
