Oversee the successful execution of all program activities
Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for the government on all program-related matters
Collaborate with USN stakeholders, other government agencies, and supporting contractor teams
Provide continuous reporting on financial performance, operational status, and program risks
Ensure the timeliness, completeness, and quality of all program services and deliverables
Identify issues and implement corrective actions when necessary
Oversee and coordinate subcontractor performance
Prepare and deliver briefings and status updates to government senior leadership on program performance, risks, and key initiatives.
Coordinate with senior ValidaTek leadership to provide visibility into program performance from both financial and technical perspectives.

Requirements

Active Secret Clearance with eligibility to obtain TS/SCI
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
Bachelor's degree
At least 7 years of Program Management experience supporting technical programs of similar size and scope
Budget development and financial management
Staffing and resource management
Strategic planning
Quality management and control
Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, ITIL, and SCRUM/Agile methodologies preferred
Prior U.S. Navy IT program experience - preferred
Experience with Nautilus and Flank Speed programs - highly preferred.
Experience supporting data reporting-intensive environments and client tasking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
