About the role
- Manage full cycle recruitment across multiple functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and priorities
- Source, attract, and screen candidates through multiple channels to build high quality pipelines
- Provide insight into competitive salary bandings and candidate expectations to support strong and fair offer decisions
- Deliver hires on time and within approved budget and compensation guidelines
- Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
- Support employer branding efforts in partnership with Marketing and the Talent and Experience team
- Collaborate with People Operations and People Experience teams during peak periods or special projects such as onboarding, engagement activities, or operational process support
- Work closely with TA peers in EMEA and APAC to share knowledge, tools, and best practices that support global consistency
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance recruitment operations and the overall People Team experience
Requirements
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition Generalist with the ability to recruit across multiple role types
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong adaptability and willingness to step into People Operations or People Experience areas when needed
- Solid understanding of market salary data and compensation dynamics
- Ability to manage several priorities at once in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Commitment to delivering a positive, inclusive candidate experience
- Comfort working with international colleagues across EMEA and APAC
