About the role
- Recruitment - drafting job postings and publishing them on various job boards.
- CV screening, telephone pre-selection, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and sending rejection responses.
- Administrative management of employee files (creation of paper and digital files; ensuring collection of mandatory documents).
- Drafting employment contracts, internship agreements, contract amendments, and various attestations.
- Welcoming new employees.
- Monitoring probationary periods.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources or specializing in HR.
- Previous experience (internship or work-study) in human resources or recruitment.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
