About the role

  • Support the preparation of project kick-off documents, including but not limited to: collection buying, marketing briefs, kick-off presentations and ad-hoc documents
  • Support the definition of the launch strategy and product priorities for global campaigns and projects
  • Support regional special projects and campaign launches with focus on Greater China and Middle East markets
  • Liaise with different functions in HQ and regions for the consolidation of the 360 launch plans
  • Support the creation of essential documents and operational tasks related to pre-shoot preparation, sample arrangements and post-shoot asset delivery
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing and business performance reports
  • Support competitive analyses, market trends reports, and campaign benchmark

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Business, Communication, Art, Design, Literature or related fields
  • Strong interest in luxury fashion, brand strategy, and product marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills and highest attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and work proactively
  • Fluent in English and Italian, third language (Chinese, Korean or Arabic) is a strong plus
