About the role
- Support the recruitment process with a main focus on internships and entry level profiles (job posting, CV screening, interviews/assessment, on boarding)
- Support the maintenance and update of the internship reports and dashboards in alignment with Talent Acquisition metrics and KPIs
- Actively support the Employer Branding team in their activities, mainly participating in career days or other academic events
- Provide general support on the team’s special projects and initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Humanistic subjects
- Master in HR will be considered a plus
- Previous experience in recruiting in multinational company or recruiting agency is a nice to have
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Fluent both in English and Italian
- Agile mindset and 'thinking out of the box' approach
- Excellent time management and organizational and problem-solving skills
