About the role

  • Drive strategic business expansion with major U.S. urology groups
  • Develop a detailed strategic plan for retaining and growing existing accounts
  • Implement Laboratory Services Agreements when necessary
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure successful attainment of goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with major urology groups and clinics
  • Demonstrated history of measurable revenue generation at a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company
  • Comfortable presenting to a wide range of healthcare professionals
  • General understanding of the payer and reimbursement environment in urology/bladder cancer
  • Strong understanding of urology and the competitive landscape
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to close deals consistently
