About the role
- Drive strategic business expansion with major U.S. urology groups
- Develop a detailed strategic plan for retaining and growing existing accounts
- Implement Laboratory Services Agreements when necessary
- Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure successful attainment of goals
- Identify and develop partnerships with prospective urology clients and pathology labs
- Continuously analyze the competitive landscape and monitor sales performance
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with major urology groups and clinics
- Demonstrated history of measurable revenue generation at a diagnostic, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company
- Comfortable presenting to a wide range of healthcare professionals
- General understanding of the payer and reimbursement environment in urology/bladder cancer
- Strong understanding of urology and the competitive landscape
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Proven ability to close deals consistently
