About the role
- Help build a new Market Insights AI agent
- Gather and structure data from multiple internal and external sources
- Design how insights are presented
- Define and test prompts, refine how information is categorized
- Turn raw market signals into concrete recommendations
- Create a sustainable, easy-to-use market insights hub
- Set up processes and structures for market information maintenance
- Support Vaisala’s growth and profitability by enhancing market understanding and solution positioning
- Collaborate with sales, technical solution managers, and product management
Requirements
- Studies in business, industrial engineering and management, information and service management, data/analytics or similar
- Ideally at final stage
- Basic experience with generative AI tools (Copilot, Sana, ChatGPT or similar)
- Comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative information
- Experience with prompt engineering, data structuring or knowledge management
- Business-minded and analytical, focused on impact for sales and product teams
- Proficiency in data analytics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated
