• Lead mobile-first design initiatives, crafting intuitive, high-quality experiences across iOS, Android, and mobile web that feel native, performant, and cohesive

QA Engineer

• Build and own an AI-powered quality function across web, mobile, and platform services
• Generate test cases from GitHub tickets, UX workflows, and feature requirements using LLMs
• Convert user journeys into automated test scripts across functional, regression, integration, and API layers
• Design and maintain automation frameworks for web (Playwright, Cypress), mobile (Appium, Maestro, Detox), and APIs
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) with intelligent test prioritization and gating
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude) to diagnose failures, triage issues, and implement minor bug fixes
• Contribute code through small PRs to improve UI stability, edge case handling, and test reliability
• Review PRs with a quality-first mindset, ensuring strong test coverage and identifying risk areas
• Partner with Product and Engineering early in the development cycle to define test scenarios and improve feature testability

QA Engineer – AI-First

Account Manager

• Define and drive the overall partnership strategy, setting priorities for strategic supply growth and ensuring alignment with VacationRenter’s business objectives
• Own and expand relationships with hotel and vacation rental supply partners, management companies, and connectivity providers to strengthen our inventory mix, competitive position, and partner satisfaction
• Build and execute a comprehensive partner acquisition and growth strategy leveraging internal and external data
• Leverage analytics to evaluate partner performance, uncover new opportunities, and develop & guide partner acquisition strategies
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to align partnership initiatives with company priorities
• Serve as the commercial and technical liaison for partner integrations, supporting API onboarding, diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues, and working with product and engineering teams to improve data flow, uptime, and feature adoption
• Provide leadership with actionable insights on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
• Represent VacationRenter in various industry events, conferences, and associations

• Own and scale user acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels (programmatic, OTT/CTV, Meta, Influencer, Affiliate, etc.)
• Develop and manage growth strategies for marketing channels and eventually app
• Build and execute a performance media strategy
• Identify and test new opportunities to diversify channel mix and expand marketing initiatives internationally

Full-stack Engineer

• Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams to design, architect, and deliver end-to-end features across our platform
• Build and maintain user-facing applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, ensuring high performance, accessibility, and a great user experience
• Develop and optimize backend services using Node.js, integrating with PostgreSQL and other internal systems
• Contribute to all parts of the business where software is needed, including internal tools, back office systems, data integrations, warehousing, and reporting

• Data Analysis & Feature Engineering: Leverage your business acumen and deep understanding of travel shopping behaviors to identify, engineer, and prioritize the most impactful features that drive model performance
• Production Deployment: Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy machine learning models into production, ensuring they perform reliably, scale effectively, and maintain high-quality results
