• Develop & Execute Strategy (in partnership with the VP of Growth Marketing): Own the end-to-end paid media strategy to support the broader marketing objectives and retail expansion goals.
• Media Planning & Buying: Manage and optimize media spend across brand awareness, paid media, paid social performance media (e.g. Meta, TikTok), SEM (Google), retail media networks (Target, Ulta, Nordstrom, etc.) ensuring media efficiency and impact.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously track and analyze KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.) to refine campaigns and improve efficiency.
• Budget Management: Oversee allocation and performance of a multi-million dollar budget to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Retail & Omnichannel Strategy: Leverage first-party and third-party data to drive seamless customer journeys across DTC, retail, and marketplace channels.
• Creative & Messaging Optimization: Responsible for writing all paid media content briefs, then collaborating with creative and brand teams to develop compelling, high-performing ad content that resonates with our audience.
• Testing & Innovation: Lead A/B testing initiatives and explore emerging media opportunities to stay ahead of trends in beauty and digital marketing.
• Agency & Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with agencies, platforms, consultants and tech partners, ensuring accountability and performance on paid media initiatives.
• Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports with actionable insights to leadership, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
• UGC Creative Sourcing: Partner with Influencer Strategist Lead to implement high performing UGC content

Temporary Senior Media Buyer – 4+ Month Assignment

Account Manager

• Develop and own Vacation®’s long-term partnerships and events strategy aligned with brand, marketing, and commercial objectives
• Identify and prioritize opportunities, outbound and inbound, across retail, co-branded products, sponsorships, marketing activations, experiential events, tours, and cultural moments
• Build a robust pipeline of prospective partners that elevate brand heat, reach new audiences, and drive measurable impact
• Lead partner outreach, pitch development, and deal negotiations from first conversation through contract close
• Structure partnerships that balance brand equity, creative integrity, financial performance, and operational feasibility
• Partner closely with legal, finance, and leadership to finalize terms, budgets, and timelines
• Serve as the primary senior-level point of contact for key partners
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships that lead to repeat collaborations and expanded programs
• Manage partner communications, expectations, and performance throughout the lifecycle of each initiative
• Oversee one direct report within a growing team.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of partnerships, activations, and events—from concept and planning through launch, execution, and wrap-up
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including creative, PR, social, sales, production vendors, and agency partners
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand
• Define success metrics for partnerships and events (brand impact, PR, social, traffic, sales, etc.)
• Track performance, capture learnings, and continuously refine strategy based on results

Director of Brand Partnerships

• Support and execute the Vacation® events & sampling program.
• Conduct event sampling and partnership outreach in support of weekly KPIs.
• Maintain the partnerships & events email inbox by responding to, organizing, and categorizing all inbound inquiries.
• Organize and maintain event sampling and partnership contact lists.
• Coordinate fulfillment for approved event sampling initiatives (inbound and outbound) and report weekly KPIs.
• Escalate larger partnership opportunities to the Marketing team and report weekly KPIs.
• Provide project coordination and execution support for larger partnerships and event programs, including timelines, budgeting, creative management, production support and on the ground activation.
• PR email inbox management and communication with marketing leads and PR agency to ensure relevant sample and asset requests are escalated in a timely manner.
• Continuous process improvement and documentation - standard operating procedures (SOPs), KPI tracking, budget tracking support etc.
• Conduct research for brand marketing projects, both online and in person.
• Proof consumer facing marketing materials (i.e. product marketing copy, emails, social, retail & events collateral), as assigned.
• Assist with the organization of brand marketing assets in Notion.
• Provide coordination support on Marketing Ops projects, including meeting scheduling, note-taking, tracking next steps, sharing updates, and supporting fulfillment.
• Conduct vendor research and outreach, as assigned.
• Create and organize production decks to support marketing initiatives.
• Track product inventory and support fulfillment needs, as required.
• Provide project management support through Asana organization.
• Organize digital archives, templates, and trackers.
• Maintain and organize the vendor Rolodex®.
• Schedule meetings and take notes, as needed.
