About the role

  • Primary point of contact for managing well-known key accounts in all sales-related matters
  • Acquisition of prospective new customers within the cleanroom sector
  • Implement a generalist sales and consulting approach to ensure and optimize long-term customer satisfaction based on individual customer needs
  • Presentation of services: cleanroom garments (decontamination, sterilization), cleanroom cleaning, on-site service, cleanroom training, consumables, and close collaboration with the respective specialists
  • Long-term relationship management for A/B customers as the single point of contact ('one-face-to-the-customer') and identifying and leveraging opportunities (up-/cross-selling)
  • Handling customer inquiries and projects from the first phone call through contract conclusion
  • Close coordination with laundry and cleaning experts as well as customer and sales support

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in B2B sales of consultative or technically complex services in the cleanroom, hygiene, cleaning, workwear sectors, or similar fields
  • Strong sales orientation, empathy, and the ability to conduct negotiations on an equal footing
  • High level of motivation, perseverance, and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Excellent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel approximately 2 days per week and a valid Class B driving license
