Recruitment

• You support the HR team in daily business tasks, for example by maintaining personnel data, creating references, and handling other administrative tasks
• You take responsibility for creating and preparing reports, statistics, and presentations
• You actively support the recruiting, e.g., applicant communication, scheduling, and pre-selection
• You analyze key figures and statistics (e.g., applicant numbers, recruiting KPIs) and derive insights from them
• You support apprentice marketing and contribute your own ideas
• You actively work on current projects and HR-related topics
