About the role
- You support the HR team in daily business tasks, for example by maintaining personnel data, creating references, and handling other administrative tasks
- You take responsibility for creating and preparing reports, statistics, and presentations
- You actively support the recruiting, e.g., applicant communication, scheduling, and pre-selection
- You analyze key figures and statistics (e.g., applicant numbers, recruiting KPIs) and derive insights from them
- You support apprentice marketing and contribute your own ideas
- You actively work on current projects and HR-related topics
Requirements
- You are an enrolled student in business administration, social sciences, law, psychology, or a comparable program with a focus on HR
- You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- You have very good German and good English skills
- You are interested in learning new and complex systems
- You are a team player and enjoy taking responsibility for your own projects
- You are characterized by a communicative and open personality
- Ideally, you have initial experience in recruiting or data analysis
