Account Manager

• Territory Manager position will be expected to work with the Authorized Dealer locations and individual Farmers/Growers/end users of Väderstad owned Concord, Wil-Rich, Wishek, Seed Hawk, and Väderstad brands.
• TM will be expected to evaluate Dealer and Customer requirements and be the business driver to expand respective areas.
• TM will be responsible for working with Väderstad and Authorized Dealers to develop a business plan that focuses on expanding Väderstad market share and sales volume.
• TM will be expected to participate in new equipment training to develop a sales and performance perspective and technical expertise, and also, to acquire a full understanding of how our equipment functions when in use.
• The TM will be involved in field demonstrations, particularly in new and expanding markets.
• The TM will collaborate with the localized field team and assist in organizing field activities in conjunction with other colleagues.
