• Screen resumes of applicants and select candidates to interview
• Interview and assess candidates based on client job requisitions
• Introduce the best candidates to clients and set up interviews
• Complete all paperwork and communications necessary to finalize placements
• Mentor and support candidates on contract to increase impact and longevity
• Market available candidates to potential employers who fit their profiles
• Attend/Lead Guild info and Q&A meetings to meet and educate applicants
• Post jobs on Slack and LinkedIn when seeking additional candidates
