About the role
- Drive sales growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts through direct customer engagement.
- Identify and close new commercial opportunities across dosage form solutions and nutritional ingredients.
- Build and deliver strategic account plans that grow share of wallet and support new product launches.
- Assess market trends and develop strategies to strengthen Lonza’s position in the Consumer Health and Nutrition markets.
- Create tailored presentations and manage development projects with cross‑functional teams.
- Provide timely customer support and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to position Lonza as a multi‑product solutions partner.
Requirements
- BSc in a scientific field or equivalent relevant experience.
- Business‑fluent English and German.
- 5–10 years’ experience in sales, business development, marketing or strategic planning within relevant industries.
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the Consumer Health & Nutrition landscape.
- Experience introducing new products or technologies to market (preferred).
- Knowledge of product life cycles and commercialisation processes.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or CDMO operations is an advantage.
