About the role
- Lead UVeye’s overarching strategy across OEM partnerships, channel programs, events, and data monetization to drive long-term growth and industry influence.
- Deepen and expand relationships with major OEMs, identifying new commercial opportunities and guiding high-level negotiations across innovation, product, procurement, and executive teams.
- Build scalable partner and dealer programs that strengthen UVeye’s presence in service lanes and retail operations, while creating consistent experiences across networks and regions.
- Translate market insights and partner feedback into new channel opportunities, cross-network initiatives, and strategic programs that expand UVeye’s footprint.
- Work closely with the CMO and executive leadership to elevate UVeye's positioning and thought leadership with OEMs, dealer groups, and broader industry audiences.
- Lead UVeye’s data monetization initiatives by shaping commercial use cases, data products, and revenue models for OEMs, tire manufacturers, fleets, research groups, and public-sector partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, AI, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment, cohesive messaging, and high-impact partner execution.
- Represent UVeye at conferences, panels, OEM summits, and dealer events as a senior voice of the business.
- Manage budgets for partnerships, events, and data initiatives while tracking KPIs such as revenue impact, network penetration, partner satisfaction, and program ROI.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in automotive, mobility, OEM partnerships, business development, or data-driven commercial roles, preferably in high-growth or technology-enabled environments.
- Proven track record of building and managing senior relationships with OEMs, fleets, tire companies, dealer groups, or similar strategic partners.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating complex commercial agreements, including pilot programs, data partnerships, revenue-sharing models, and design-partner relationships.
- Strong technical fluency in data analytics, AI-driven insights, and data products, with the ability to translate vehicle and operational data into commercial use cases and monetizable offerings (hands-on coding not required).
- Experience shaping or supporting data monetization strategies, including pricing models, data products, partnerships, or commercialization of insights.
- Background in channel programs, partner marketing, events, or network-driven program expansion across multi-site or multi-region ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of the automotive retail, service, and fleet ecosystems, including dealer operations and OEM dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, hit or exceed targets, and track performance through KPIs and ROI metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, AI, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
