About the role
- Focus on the final stages of the rebrand rollout.
- Support the quote journey optimisation.
- Lead design experimentation.
- Act as the bridge between design and development to ensure high-quality implementation while using data to inform future proposition improvements.
- Deliver progress on new quote journey, partner feedback monitoring, brand refresh, potential customer promotions, and new quote journey optimisation.
- Lead any customer/ partner research opportunities for proposition changes and experimentation including potential live experimentation that may make sense (i.e., A/B testing).
Requirements
- Middle-weight UX/ Product Designer with a solid understanding of full-cycle user-centred design (Research, UX & UI)
- Best-in-class design, wireframe (low and high fidelity) and prototyping skills
- Solid experience of using Figma
- High levels of attention to detail
- You can demonstrate effective collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to deliver work on time and in scope
- Excellent prioritisation skills
- You can clearly demonstrate your process, methodology and approach to UX design strategy
- You independently drive projects and tasks to completion
- Experience of working with customer acquisition journeys in high volume, consumer services domains
- You can balance design decisions based on user and business needs.
