This role converts KMZ/KML and other geospatial data into clear, constructible routes; develops quantity takeoffs; identifies risks; and produces compliant, on-time RFP responses. Success requires strong map literacy, rigorous bid/compliance discipline, and practical construction judgement.

Requirements

  • **Required Qualifications**
  • - **5+ years of experience** working with telecom RFPs or proposals.
  • - **3+ years of leadership or team coordination experience.**
  • - Strong knowledge of **telecom infrastructure (OSP, FTTH, wireless, or fulfillment services).**
  • - Experience reviewing **KMZ/KML or GIS mapping data.**
  • - Strong **analytical and pricing skills**.
  • - Excellent **communication and organizational abilities**.
