About the role
- conduct field audits on employed and contracted engineers and provide feedback
- offer coaching to motivate your allocated field engineers
- ensure gas and electric meters are installed in accordance with industry legislation and Utilita’s procedures
- report progress of engineers to the Compliance Manager to help ensure monthly audit KPI’s are delivered
Requirements
- up to date experience of installing and fixing smart meters
- good understanding of all relevant British Standards and industry regulations
- good written and verbal communication skills
- confident in delivering feedback
