About the role
- Lead partner integrations with Utila’s APIs and platform including commercial terms and technology adjustments.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to scope and deliver technical integrations.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships across the fintech digital asset ecosystem.
- Support partners building products or services on top of Utila’s infrastructure.
- Ensure successful onboarding and launch of new integrations.
- Build long-term relationships with partners and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Build and manage reseller and distribution partnerships.
- Drive adoption and growth through partner channels.
- Track partnership performance and identify opportunities to expand collaboration.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles.
- Experience managing technical integrations, APIs, or developer platforms.
- Strong ability to manage complex partnerships involving both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with platform ecosystems, fintech, or digital asset infrastructure.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
