About the role
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles by diagnosing root business problems
- Engage CIOs, COOs, Heads of Operations, Digital, and Business Leaders as a peer-level advisor
- Reframe customer challenges and quantify the cost of inaction
- Build and execute strategic account plans
- Map economic buyers, influencers, and blockers
- Coach internal champions and manage the buying process
- Build ROI models
- Defend value through procurement and legal negotiations
- Prepare rigorously for every meeting
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations and Customer Success
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Track record of closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Business acumen with fluency in ROI, payback periods, and operational efficiency
- Mastery of consultative discovery
- Executive presence and high emotional intelligence
- Strong commercial judgment
- Disciplined operating style
