About the role
- Own and scale Revenue Operations end-to-end
- Build Ushur’s RevOps function across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Serve as the operational backbone of the revenue organization
- Establish RevOps as a decision-driving function
- Improve pipeline quality and enterprise deal execution
- Own forecasting, planning, and revenue visibility
- Optimize quote-to-cash lifecycle
- Architect and evolve the GTM tech stack
- Lead AI strategy for RevOps
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in B2B SaaS
- Deep hands-on experience with Sales Ops: forecasting, pipeline management, deal desk, quota & capacity planning
- Strong working knowledge of modern GTM stacks
- Experience supporting enterprise sales motions with long, complex deal cycles
- Demonstrated ability to be both strategic and executional
- Strong cross-functional operator who can influence Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance
- Curiosity and rigor around AI
