About the role

  • Own and scale Revenue Operations end-to-end
  • Build Ushur’s RevOps function across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Serve as the operational backbone of the revenue organization
  • Establish RevOps as a decision-driving function
  • Improve pipeline quality and enterprise deal execution
  • Own forecasting, planning, and revenue visibility
  • Optimize quote-to-cash lifecycle
  • Architect and evolve the GTM tech stack
  • Lead AI strategy for RevOps

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in B2B SaaS
  • Deep hands-on experience with Sales Ops: forecasting, pipeline management, deal desk, quota & capacity planning
  • Strong working knowledge of modern GTM stacks
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales motions with long, complex deal cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to be both strategic and executional
  • Strong cross-functional operator who can influence Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance
  • Curiosity and rigor around AI
