Minor maintenance and upkeep of dust collectors to meet Department of Environmental Quality guidelines (replace belts, solenoids, diaphragms, lubricate bearings, adjust/replace pneumatic parts)
Capture daily readings from dust collectors and record findings on DEQ documents
Perform daily emission point checks and complete required paperwork for upset conditions
Complete Daily Emissions checklist and submit monthly to maintain DEQ compliance
Complete monthly calibrations on dust collection differential gauges
Inspect guarding and apply proper fasteners if missing
Minor and preventative maintenance on rock delivery conveyors (adjust guards, clean around conveyors, check rollers, grease bearings, check gearbox lubrication)
Clean filters on combustion blowers and similar equipment
Participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis meetings to determine causes of failures and set corrective measures
Attend yearly training on stack emissions and DEQ/EPA guidelines
Requirements
Ability to perform minor maintenance and upkeep of dust collectors (belts, solenoids, diaphragms, bearings, pneumatic parts)

Understanding of Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality and EPA guidelines (yearly training required)
Ability to inspect guarding and apply proper fasteners
Ability to perform preventative maintenance on blowers and conveyors (check drive belts, clean filters, oil changes, grease bearings, check gearbox lubrication)
Familiarity with lubricating products used within the plant
Ability to correct upset conditions without creating product quality issues
Participation in Root Cause Failure Analysis meetings and implementation of corrective measures
Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow plant PMs
