About the role
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise applications to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Diagnose and resolve application issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and document solutions in the knowledge base
- Ensure data integrity and implement security measures for applications
- Maintain and streamline CI/CD pipelines and manage automation pipelines across environments
- Plan and participate in software release deployments and resolve release-related issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of release processes, configurations, and changes
- Support Senior DevOps personnel, participate in standups and training, and assist with DevOps projects
- Coordinate maintenance efforts for supported systems and environmental infrastructure
- Monitor production and non-production applications on a rotation basis and provide on-call support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge in Data Science and Engineering
- Knowledge of SDLC Process
- Basic Coding Skills
- Knowledge of DevOps Principles
- Knowledge of Database
- Basic Cloud computing knowledge
- Knowledge of Linux shell scripting
- Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation and provide off-hours/weekend support
- Willingness to learn DevOps toolchain and CI/CD processes
