About the role

  • Manage Inbound Leads: Effectively handle a steady stream of inbound leads, guiding them through the sales process and converting them into satisfied customers.
  • Drive Revenue: Hit and exceed sales targets by selling Userpilot’s software solutions to prospective customers.
  • Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Conduct Demos: Deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight the value of Userpilot’s offerings.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • CRM Management: Keep your sales pipeline organized and up-to-date in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years as an AE in a closing role, preferably in SaaS or software sales.
  • A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing inbound sales processes with the ability to transition into a balanced inbound/outbound role.
  • Strong understanding of the software sales cycle and the ability to manage complex deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
