QA Engineer

• Review and assess recorded UX test sessions for audio, video, and content quality.
• Verify that testers follow project instructions and complete assigned tasks.
• Approve or reject videos based on established QA criteria, ensuring only high-quality sessions are delivered to clients.
• Provide clear feedback to internal teams regarding recurring quality issues or tester performance trends.
• Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, and Support teams to ensure smooth delivery of client projects.
• Document and maintain QA standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA workflows and processes.
• Other responsibilities as determined by the Operations Director and Support Lead.
