About the role

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters.
  • Drive the execution of effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies for assigned business lines.
  • Assess team performance against key metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience leading others either formally or informally.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong understanding of talent market trends, recruiting standard processes, and employment laws.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
