About the role
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters.
- Drive the execution of effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies for assigned business lines.
- Assess team performance against key metrics.
- Leverage data, analytics, and reporting tools to track recruiting metrics.
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes.
- Manage the recruiting budget for assigned business lines.
- Ensure all recruiting activities comply with applicable laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience leading others either formally or informally.
- Proven ability to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong understanding of talent market trends, recruiting standard processes, and employment laws.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
